Classic Layout

The classic layout is suitable for companies that are organised more traditionally (by functions) and that require areas for individual work, and for meetings with clients in a private environment, without foregoing areas for collaborative work in classic open spaces. Minimum incentive

To facilitate your entry into EuroHive, we provide a minimum incentive equal to 12 months' rent. The incentive can be taken as zero rent and/or as a contribution to the setting up of the spaces.

Minimum duration of the lease

The standard contract that we offer has a minimum duration of 6 years (renewable for an further six) and this allows us to make the investment sustainable and implement additional services. For each additional year the contract is extended, the minimum incentive can be increased.
