You can choose an entire 6.000 sqm detached portion by developing the spaces in height, or the whole floor, or half, organizing the farm in length.

Standard plan
The standard plan is about 2.000 sqm. Considered the optimal size for every type of organisation, this is unique in Rome. Suitable whether with a classic or smart layout.

Minimum incentive
To facilitate your entry into EuroHive, we provide a minimum incentive equal to 12 months' rent. The incentive can be taken as zero rent and/or as a contribution to the setting up of the spaces.
6 years
Minimum duration of the lease
The standard contract that we offer has a minimum duration of 6 years (renewable for an further six) and this allows us to make the investment sustainable and implement additional services. For each additional year the contract is extended, the minimum incentive can be increased.
